Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

This site, christianalcsw.com, is run by Dr. Christiana Redeaux through Inner Solutions, LLC, doing business as Redeaux & Co., in Fort Worth, Texas. When this page says “I” or “me,” that’s who it means. I keep things simple here: I only collect what I need to answer you or fill your order, and I don’t sell it to anyone.
What I collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email, the reason you’re reaching out, and whatever you type in the message. If you’re reserving a book, also your shipping address and the bundle and quantity you want. If you’re asking about a service, also the service type and your preferred availability.
When you buy something on this site. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details. I never see or store your full card number. I receive your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered so I can send it.
When you download a free worksheet. Nothing. Downloads don’t ask for your name or email.
Basic technical info. Like almost every website, the service that hosts this site may log your IP address and browser type when you visit. I don’t use that to identify you.
Please don’t send health information through the form
The contact form and email are for scheduling and general questions. They aren’t a secure place for details about your mental or physical health. Reaching out through this site doesn’t start a therapy or other professional relationship.
How I use your information
- To answer your message
- To fill and ship your order, and send order updates
- To schedule a service you asked about
- To keep the records a business is required to keep, like sales records for taxes
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don’t add you to any mailing list unless you sign up yourself.
Cookies and tracking
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and doesn’t collect personal information. I don’t use ad trackers or advertising cookies. Some of the services below may set their own cookies when you use them, like Stripe at checkout or Substack if you subscribe.
Services I use
These companies help run parts of this site. Each one has its own privacy policy that covers what it collects.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site.
- Google Fonts loads the fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or personal information.
- Formspree delivers contact form messages to my email.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Substack runs my newsletter, Social Worker Off Duty. The signup box on the contact page comes from Substack.
- Etsy and Printify handle orders you place in those shops. Their own policies apply there.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and order records for up to 5 years, then delete them. Some records may be kept longer if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@christianalcsw.com and I’ll respond within 30 days. I may need to keep some order records for tax purposes even if you ask me to delete them. To stop getting the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any Substack email.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me information, email me and I’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
