About Dr. Christy

Owner & Founder of Inner Solutions, LLC

LCSW-S · CEAP · SAP · C-DBT

Dr. Christiana Redeaux is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and mental health advocate with over a decade of experience. Her work focuses on supporting individuals during moments of crisis and helping them navigate care access in a way that feels practical and manageable.

She transitioned into social work from a background in speech pathology, and spent time on a psychiatric floor before completing her Master of Social Work — an experience that still shapes how directly and practically she approaches crisis care today.

Dr. Redeaux serves as a board member of the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition, supporting community-based efforts to reduce preventable deaths and increase public safety awareness. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and Iota Sweethearts, Inc., where she remains committed to service, sisterhood, and community impact.

She currently serves as Ms. Central South with United Crown America 2026, using the platform to expand her work in mental health advocacy and community engagement — read more about that platform →

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys adrenaline-filled activities like roller coasters and scary movies, and spending time with loved ones and her dog, Frankie.
